How to Change the Language in Windows 8.1

To change the language in Windows 8.1, you first need to install the preferred language pack. Follow these instructions:

1. Open the Control Panel. Press [Windows] + [X] or right-click on the Windows icon at the far left of the taskbar.
Note: In both cases, a menu will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen, from which you can select the Control Panel option.

2. Navigate to Clock, Language, and Region and click on Add a language.

3. In the next box, click on Add a language:

4. Select your preferred language from the list and click the Open button.

5. After installation, you can set it as your primary language.
